With our API, you'll be able to add an extra layer of security by verifying that the customer is who they claim to be. This is done by ensuring that a customer has access to the registered phone number on the account and their voice matches their unique voice print that is registered with Yobota.

When you need an extra security check, you can make a request to us and we will call the customer to ensure their identity. The product is customisable, allowing you to specify what is said to the customer via text-to-speech or by providing a pre-recorded audio file.

How it works

REGISTERING A CUSTOMER
Make a request to the API to register a new customer
The customer receives a call from our verification system and asked to say a unique set of digits multiple times until a unique voice print has been created specifically for them.
We respond with a unique ID which you can use every time you want to verify that customer's identity.
We respond back to you via the API indicating whether the customer is authenticated.
When you want to ensure a customer's identity, make a request to our API.

The customer will receive a call and be asked to verify their identity by repeating a specific set of digits.
